The support agent, a grown adult with a job, began roleplaying as if they were a "village chief" who had been through a similar experience, but that they kept their chin up and restarted from scratch. After finally getting in contact with a person, I explained my problem. I was initially stuck in a loop with a chatbot that had no ability to direct me to a real person, so I had to tell them that I had a different issue. I was forced to use my alternate account, which was less valuable but that I still spent years building up.
